PlayStation has officially unveiled new Grand Theft Auto VI limited-edition hardware inspired by the neon-soaked style of Vice City. Two special DualSense controllers are coming in black and white, featuring color-shifting finishes, molded palm-tree details, and official GTA VI branding.

The controllers launch alongside GTA VI on November 19, 2026, with pre-orders beginning September 10. While fan-made GTA VI PS5 console designs are already circulating online, Sony's confirmed release currently focuses on the limited-edition controllers rather than a special console.

  1. Luna: molded palm trees? that's a lot of detail for a controller 👀
  2. Silent Oracle: So sick!!!
  3. Islapetrov: These controllers better not be limited to the first print run or I'll be furious
  4. Aria: Those molded palm trees are a nice touch, but the real question is how it handles ergonomics considering all those extra details
  5. Bruno Moreno: molded palm-trees on a controller? sounds like i've been playing too many of my friend's interior design sim games again
  6. Emma: neon palm trees were a dead giveaway this was happening soon, lol 🙃
  7. Aria: are they including the little palm trees on the console too?
  8. Ethanali: Finally some legit GTA VI merch that looks like it aged well 👌
  9. Noel Rossi: looks like they wanted to sell us vice city vibes now that the actual game is about to drop
  10. Mia: more unnecessary merchandise clogging up the market 🚮
  11. Omar Nilsson: two DualSense controllers don't cut it for an entire game's aesthetic
  12. Iron Warden: these color-shift effects seem like a gimmick - how'll they hold up to actual gameplay?
  13. Emma Reyes: black and white, how very GTA Vice City of them
  14. Mayaa: pretty sure those palm trees are just raised dots, though
  15. Iris Ellis: so the controller looks nice but is it just a glorified Vice City edition of the standard DualSense or does it actually have some new features that justify the price tag?
  16. Mayaromano: Those palm trees had better be lit up like Vice City streets at night 🕯️
  17. Adonai: Finally a legitimate way for suckers to throw their money at an empty box
  18. Marek Doyle: I was really hoping for in-game collectibles to be a bigger focus this time around
  19. Echo Mantis: color-shifting finishes that only work if you're standing directly in front of the controllers, great tech
  20. Lunar Sparrow: those color-shifting finishes sound like a gimmick till i see them in person, can't wait for more gameplay details though
  21. Ivy Bianchi: you've managed to bottle the essence of Vice City without repeating its actual aesthetic – nice work on capturing that retro feel
  22. Selim Fischer: these designs better be as flashy in real life as they look in photos or i'll be highly disappointed 💡
