What is VOIDEX?

VOIDEX is an invite-only, end-to-end encrypted platform by CNOTA. It brings together VOIDEX Messenger for private messages, channels and calls, VOIDEX Space for sharing as your public Face or your anonymous Phantom, VOIDEX Orbits for short video, and VOIDEX Market for collectibles and cosmetics.

Is VOIDEX free?

Yes. VOIDEX is free to join and free to use, and it will remain free. There is no subscription and no paywall around messaging, calls, channels or posting.

How do I join VOIDEX?

VOIDEX is invite-only. Ask an existing member for an invite, or request access at voidex.com/register.

Am I being tracked?

No. VOIDEX does not follow you across other apps or websites, runs no third-party trackers or advertising pixels, and does not build an advertising profile of you. Your messages are protected by end-to-end encryption that includes post-quantum cryptography (ML-KEM-768 alongside X25519), so they stay private even against future quantum computers. Inside VOIDEX Space, what you view and engage with helps order your own feed, and that information never leaves VOIDEX.

Does VOIDEX hold my encryption keys?

No. Your private keys are created on your own devices and never leave them in readable form, and your VOIDEX recovery code is never sent to us. Our servers store only public keys and encrypted data. For your private messages, all VOIDEX ever sees is ciphertext.

Can VOIDEX read my messages?

No. VOIDEX Messenger and private VOIDEX Channels are end-to-end encrypted, and VOIDEX never holds the keys needed to open them. Public posts in VOIDEX Space and channels marked Public are not end-to-end encrypted, because they are meant to be seen. How the encryption works, and how anyone can verify it, is described in the VOIDEX security report at voidex.com/security.

What happens if I lose my VOIDEX recovery code?

Because VOIDEX never holds a copy of your recovery code, nobody can restore it for you, including VOIDEX. You can create a new code and keep using your account, but messages sealed under the lost code cannot be opened again. Please store your code somewhere safe.

Are there ads on VOIDEX?

No. VOIDEX is completely free of ads. No company, advertiser or member can pay to promote a post, buy reach or place content in front of other people. Brands and companies are welcome on VOIDEX and are treated like every other member, but VOIDEX offers no paid tools that let them outperform creators or anyone else. Reach on VOIDEX is earned by the content itself.

Does VOIDEX sell my data?

No. VOIDEX does not sell, rent or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers.

Can I buy VOIDEX Points with real money or cryptocurrency?

No. VOIDEX Points cannot be bought with money or cryptocurrency, and they cannot be sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money. Points are earned only by taking part in VOIDEX, and they are used inside VOIDEX Market for collectibles and cosmetics. This keeps the playing field level: nobody can pay their way to the top.

Does VOIDEX have a token or cryptocurrency?

No. VOIDEX has not issued any token, coin or cryptocurrency. Any token or coin that uses the VOIDEX name or symbol is not affiliated with VOIDEX, and we recommend not buying it. Any official announcement from VOIDEX will only ever appear on voidex.com and our official Instagram accounts, @voidexapp and @voidexgroup.

What is Ask VOIDEX?

Ask VOIDEX is the search of VOIDEX. Ask anything and you get web results, images and videos, together with a written answer from PULSE, VOIDEX's own intelligence, which lists the pages it read as sources. Your searches reach the web through VOIDEX, so the sites and search engines behind the results never see who is asking.

What is a Phantom on VOIDEX?

A Phantom is every member's anonymous second identity on VOIDEX Space. VOIDEX does not publish any link between a Phantom and the person behind it.

How do I report content or a member?

Use the menu on any post, comment or profile to report it. Reports are reviewed by the VOIDEX team. Copyright owners can file a notice at voidex.com/copyright, with or without an account.

Who owns VOIDEX?

VOIDEX is owned by CNOTA.

Is VOIDEX related to other companies or apps called voidex?

No. VOIDEX at voidex.com is not affiliated with any other company, app or project that uses the word voidex.

Which domains are official VOIDEX domains?

These are the official VOIDEX domains. Any other website that uses the VOIDEX name is not operated by VOIDEX.
